CREW WAS CLEANING OUT GRIZZLY.INJURED WAS CLEANING OUT THE GRIZZLY UNDER THE APRON FEEDER.AFTER IT WAS UNPLUGGED THE OPERATOR WENT OVER AND STARTED THE PLANT.HE DID NOT SEE INJURED ON THE GRIZ ZLY.

WHILE CLEANING OUT HOPPER ON APRON FEEDER (WHICH HAD A BRIDGE OVER IT) HIS LEFT LEG FELL THROUGH THE BRIDGE AND LODGED UP TO HIS KNEE. TWO LABORERS WHO WERE HELPING CLEAN-UP PULLED HIM OUT.
