Rock Products of Colorado, LLC · Over-exertion in pulling or pushing objects

Employee was tightening bolts on screen deck. While pulling on the wrench he sneezed at the same time, resulting in neck strain. Accident was non-reportable because there was/is no lost time and there was no injury diagnosis, just observation. On 4/26/06, the MRI revealed no cervical herniation. Therapy required but still no lost time.
