INJURY OCCURED WHIEL SAMPLING A LOADED COAL TRAIN CAR. AS HE WAS GETTING OFF THE COAL CAR HE SWUNG HIS LEG OVER AND HIT HIS LEFT KNEE AGAINST THE RAILING OF THE COAL CAR.

EMPLOYEE WAS PICKING SLATE FROM OFF A BELT LINE. HE GOT A HOLD OF ONE PIECE THAT WAS A LITTLE HEAVIER, AND PULLED A MUSCLE IN HIS BACK WHILE TURNING TO GET IT OFF THE BELT.
