Employee was using a pry bar to lift a cylinder of ABCO conveyor to stop it from leaking. The pry bar slipped off the cylinder and hit him. It caused a cut in front of right ear.

HE WAS GOING TO INSTALL BATTERIES IN THE END LOADER. HE PARKED THE SERVICE VEHICLE CLOSE TO THE LADDER OF THE LOADER TO MAKE IT EASIER TO UNLOAD THE BATTERIES MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO USE THE L ADDER. WHEN HE WAS ON THE LOADER HE SLID DOWN THE TIRE, LOST CONTROL AND INJURED HIS BACK WHEN HE LANDED ON THE GROUND.
