While changing screens EE dropped his cell phone down onto the discharge belt below. Unable to reach it, he turned the belt on & dis- charged it out onto the bottom of a stacker conveyor. He then climbed up 32" onto the tail roll guard of the stacker & grabbed the phone. While climbing down his pant caught the guarding causing him to lose his balance & fall on his left shoulder.
