THE SPRAY CAUGHT HIS GLOVE AND CAUSED A PUNC TURE WOUND IN HIS LEFT PINKY FINGER. NO STITCHES WERE REQUIRED BUT DR PRESCRIBED AN ANTIBIOTIC AS A PREVENTATIVE MEASURE.

APPARENTLY A SMALL METAL DUST PARTICLE THAT WAS CLINGING TO CLOTHING WAS BLOWN I NTO EYE AFTER SAFETY EQUIPMENT WAS REMOVED. PARTICLE WAS NOT EMBEDED INTO EYE BUT WAS STUCK ON SURFACE. REMOVED BY M.D. AND RUST REMOVED BY M.D. SPECIALIST. NO PERMANENT DAMAGE OF IMPAIRMENT.

AT THAT POINT, THE WHOLE ASSEMBLY FELL APPROX. 3 INCH PINNING EE S LEFT HAND FOREFINGER BETWEEN THE SHAFT AND BEARING HOUSING.
