EMPLOYEE WAS LEVELING PAD FOR DRAGLINE TO EXCAVATE LIMEROCK USING A CAT TRACK DOZER NEXT TO A WATER FILLED PIT THE MACHINE BACKED OVE THE EDGE AND FELL INTO 25 FT OF WATER. EMPLOYEE DIED.
