WHILE HOOKING A CHAIN TO THE 5TH WHEEL OF STORAGE TRALER THE FRONT END LOADER WAS SUDDENLY BACKED TO REPOSTION THE LOAADER IN FRONT OF THE TRALER AND IN DOING SO PULLED THE CHAIN OFF THE PIN S TRICKING THE VICTIMS FACE.
