Hatch Enterprises Inc · Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Employee was mounting a Caterpillar track hoe in the proper manner when his right knee gave way. His knee became somewhat swollen and sore. He was taken to Palms Medical Clinic for examination. X-rays were negative. Rest and icing were recommended. Doctor referred employee to orthopedic specialist. Employee was examined and released to return to work on restricted basis.
