EMPLOYEE WAS USING TAILGATE OF PICKUP TRUCK TO CLIMB UP ON MACHINE (SCRAPER). TAILGATE WAS WET WITH HYDRAULIC OIL CAUSING EMPLOYEE TO SLIP. HE FELL ON TAILGATE AND THEN TO THE GROUND. TAILGATE CUT LEFT LEG APPROX. 6 INCHES AROUND THE SHIN.
