WE WERE CHANGING HER ON 45" CRUSHER CONE. EE HAD A 3'X2" SHAFT, HIS HAD WAS ON, THE END AND HE BUMPED THE CRUSHER. THIS SMASHED HIS THUMB BETWEEN HE BUMPED THE CRUSHER. THIS SMASHED, HIS THUMB BETWEEN THE SHAFT AND CONE. HE TOLD ME ABOUT ITI SAID TO JUST KEEP AN EYE ON IT. IT BECAME INFECTED, SENT HIM TO THE DR.

THERE WAS SNOW AND ICE COVERING SOME FROZEN SAND. EMPLOYEE STEPPED ON THE PILE AND SLIPPED. HE FELL AND TWISTED HIS BACK. IT DID NOT HURT HIM UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. HEWAS SENT TO URGENT MEDICAL A ND THEN TO A DOCTOR. IT WAS NOT A SERIOUS ACCIDENT AND HE IS ABLE TO DO ALL OF HIS DUTIES.
