HE STEPPED DOWN OFF OF CAT LOADER AND AT THAT TIME WAS UNABLE TO STAND UPRIGHT, WE TOOK HIM TO HOSPITAL WHERE HE WAS EXAMINED AND RELEASED. HE RETURNED TO JOB SITE BUT NOT TO RETURN TO WOR K UNTIL 11-18-83.
