EE was stepping off bulldozer, using the blade arm as a step, when he lost footing and shifted away from dozer and his foot was caught between blade arm and inside of track. Bruised his left ankle.

INDIVIDUAL WAS LIFTING A NAVACULITE STONE BLOCK TO PLACE IT IN THE SAW FOR CUTTING. AS HE LIFTED THE STONE FROM A PALLET TO THE SAW HE FELT A SHARP PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK. THE DOCTOR DIAGNOSED IT AS A POSSIBLE CRACKED DISC.
