shift in skid causing stack of pallets to be pushed toward the employee and he had no where to go pinning his legs under the cris cutter. Broken bones and lacerations.

Rock that was on the cutter being cut split through the cutter teeth. Smashed the off bearers finger.

Ibison Stone Supply Inc · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Miner was off-bearing behind the rock cutter. The rock being broken had a piece break off and smashed the miners thumb between that piece and another rock. Required the thumb to have surgery for a break.
