THE EMPLOYEE WAS TIGHTENING BOLTS THAT HOLD THE FEED HOPPER ON THE TOP OF THE CRUSHER #AG41 WHEN HIS WRENCH SLIPPED OFF OF THE CRUSHER AND HE ALSO FELL TO THE GROUND,RECEIVING A CONTUSION TO H IS LOWER RIGHT BACK.
