NO INJURIES, VENTILATION NOT DISTRUBED, NO EQUIPMEN T CAUGHT. THE AREA HAD BEEN SUPPORTED WITH 5' FULLY GROUTED RESIN BOLTS, WITH SUPPLEMENTAL SUPPORT CONSISTING OF 12' COMBINATION BOLTS ON CRIBS. FALL WILL BE CLEANED UP.
