Employee was putting on rubber and metal plates on wash plant while standing on the main feeder belt and eco block. Foot slipped off the main frame and eco block and employee fell backward onto the Grizzly motor frame. Employee did not go to Dr/Hosp until 5/31/14 with soreness. No broken bones, just bruised
