SCREENING PLANT HOPPER WAS BEING LOADED ON TO LOW BOY TRAILER FOR TRANSPORT. EQUIPMENT WAS BEING CHAINED DOWN WHEN EE BENT DOWN TO PICK UP STEEL CHAIN ON THE GROUND. HE FELT A SHARP PAIN TO TH E LOWER BACK AREA AND COULD NT STRAIGHTEN UP . HE EVENTUALLY STRAIGHTENED UP, BUT WAS IN PAIN. HE WAS DIRECTED TO GO TO THE ISLETA HEALTH CLINIC FOR IMMEDICATE MEDICAL TREATMENT.
