EMPLOYEE WAS DO3NG RECLAIMING WORK. HE PULLED HIS D-3 CATERPILLAR DOZER TO A STOP AND WAS GETTING DOWN FROM DOZER TO EAT LUNCH. THE WEATHER WAS A MISTY RAIN. WHEN EMPLOYEE STEPPED ON TRACKS OF DOZER, HIS F9ET SLIPPED CAUSING HIM TO FALL STRIKING HIS LEFT ELBOW AGAINST TRACK CAUSING A BRUISE TO ELBOW.
