Removing brush from behind Olson Bins, stepped over a pile of brush, ground was further away then what was expected, foot hit solid ground and injured knee. Contributing factor was human error, not paying attention to footing. This is a pre-existing condition-happened at previous employer about a year ago, same leg and same knee.

Another miner was using a pry bar to close door on train car. IE was using a hammer to hit the lock on. The train car door sprung open and yanked the pry bar from the miner's hands hitting IE on the left side temple.
