EE WAS DRIVING A LOADER WITH THE DOOR IN THE LATCHED POSITION. THE RIGHT FRONT WHEEL OF THE LOADER DROPPED INTO A WASHOUT IN THE ROAD. THE OPERATOR BRACED HIMSELF AGAINST THE DOOR JAM AND THE DOOR CAME UNLATCHED AND JAMMED HIS HAND. THIS RESULTED IN THREE BROKEN FINGERS ON THE LEFT HAND AND SOME SCRATCHES ON THE SAME HAND.
