EMPLOYEE WAS GREASING A MOTOR ON A SAND CONVEYOR THAT WAS POSITIONED UNDER A HIGH TENSION LINE, AS HE WAS APPLYING GREASE HIS LEFT SHOULDER TOUCHED THE HIGH TENSION LINE CAUSING HIM TO FALL ON TO A PILE OF SAND BELOW. EMPLOYEE HAS SEVERE BURNS TO HIS CHEST, NECK, SHOULDER AND FEET.
