October 30, 2023 UT · Metal/Non-Metal bulldozer operator, universal operator, heavy equipment operator, operating engineer MACHINERY
Rupp Trucking Ent Inc. · Struck against a moving object

Employee was using dozer to push material down to the loader that was feeding the plant. While running parallel the ground failed under the dozer causing it to overturn landing back on tracks. Operator was found on the ground with a head injury and it is believed EE jumped out after machine rolled. There were no witnesses & the operator has a concussion and can't recall.
