Miner was stepping over a small sand pile when miner heard a pop behind right knee. Miner is unable to put pressure on leg or use bend it without pain.

Loader operator was steam cleaning his loader when he passed the steam cleaner across his boot. The hot steam went through his boot and caused a blister on the top of his foot.
