WHILE HAULING F6EL TO GENERATORS. EMPLOYEE STEPPED ON REAR BUMPER OF FUEL TRUCK IN ORDER TO SHUT OFF FUEL PUMP. HIS FOOT SLIPPED OFF BUMPER AND HE FELL LANDING ACROSS TAILGATE OF TRUCK HE HIT THE RIGHT SIDE3OF HIS RIB CAGE ON THE TAILGATE EMPLOYEE FELL APPROX. 2 FT THERE WAS LIGHT SNOW ON THE GROUND AND TEMPERATORES WERE SUB FREEZING.
