OFFICE WAS CLOSED AND LOCKED UP AT END OF SHIFT @ 3PM, NOV.9,93. PASSERS BY NOTIFIED 9-1-91 EMERG. THAT FIRE WAS BURNING AT APPROX. 9:26PM FIRE DEPT WAS ON SCENE @ 9:37 PM, PUT OUT FIRE & TRIE D TO CONTACT OWNER BUT DID NOT REACH HIM. EMPLOYEES ARRIVED FOR WORK ON 10TH OF NOV. @6PM.-CONTACTED OWNER. CAUSE OF FIRE UNKNOWN. THOUGHT TO BE VANDALS.
