MANAGER SAID HE COULD & TOLD DRIVER TO STAY IN TRUCK WHEN HE START ED UNDER TRUCK SWEATSHIRT CAUGHT ON PTO SHAFT BEFORE HE COULD GET OUT IT HAD LEFT ARM UP & AROUND SHAFT BEFORE H PULLED AWAY HE SPRAIN LEFT ARM & BRUISED LEFT SIDE.
