INJURED STEPPED ON A PILE OF 2 X 4 LUMBER THAT WAS STACKED IN THE WALK-WAY OF A METERIAL STORAGE AREA CONNECTED TO THE GENERAL OFFICE. THE LUMBER PIECES SHIFTED SLIGHTLY CAUSING THE INJURED T O LOOSE HIS BALANCE AND HE TWISTED HIS LEFT KNEE RESULTING IN AN ACUTE STRAIN TO THE LEFT KNEE.
