AS INJURED CLIM6ED DOWN FROM TRUCK, HE STUMBLED BACKWARDS ON THE GROUND AND FELL TO THE GROUND. THE FOREMAN ASKED IF HE HAD INJURED HIMSELF AND HE SAID, "NO, I'M ALRIGHT." THE FOREMAN THEN LAI D THE EMPLOYEE 2FF BECAUSE HE NO LONGER NEEDED HIM ON THE JOB. THE FOREMAN DID NOT FIND OUT ABOUT THE INJURY UNTIL 1-15-87.

STEPPED OFF OF 9OCK HAULER AND TWISTED RIGHT KNEE. EMPLOYEE WORKED THE REST OF THE DAY AND THE DAY FOLLOWING THE INJURY. HE WAS ABSENT FROM WORK ON 10-2-86 AND 10-3-86, BUT RETURNED TO WORK ON 10-6-86. HE DI8 NOT REPORT THE ACCIDENT UNTIL 10-7-86.
