OPERATOR REMOVED GUARD FROM A CHAIN & USED ARM TO REMOVE SAND THAT HAD BUILT UP UNDER DOZER TRAP HE DID NOT SHUT EQUIPMENT OFF WHILE DOING THIS HIS LEFT ARM CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE CHAIN & PU LLED HIS ARM INTO THE SPROCKET THE ARM WAS BROKEN & THERE ARE SOME LACERATIONS AS WELL
