THE DRIVER BACKED TOO CLOSE TO THE EDGE OF THE SPOIL DUMP AND THE REAR WHEELS SETTLED. AFTER THE TRUCK STOPPED, HE STOPPED THE ENGINE ON THE TRUCK AND JUMPED TO THE GROUND, FRACTURING HIS LEFT HEEL AND THIRD VERTEBRAE.
