EE HAD FINISHED A TACK WELD. HE HANDED THE STINGER AND ROD UP TO ANOTHER EE WHO DROPPED THE STINGER CAUSING A WELDING ARC APPROX. 3 INCH IN FRONT OF EE EYES. EE WAS ON SCHEDULED DAYS OFF 9-9, 9-10, AND 9-11.
