Was a rainy day, slipped on stairs going down to his work area. Wasn't holding safety rails as he said he grabbed the railing to stop himself from falling down the stairs and hit and sprained his knee. He is having an MRI to see if there is further damage on Wednesday 10/24/2012

Employee slipped on spilled media beads on floor. it resulted in a torn ligament that required surgury on June 16th, 2010 to repair.
Employee cut right fore finger on guard while turning centifuge bowl with wrench.

Employee went to doctor complaining of right wrist pain. There was no specific accident or event that caused the pain. The doctor stated that it could be work related.

Employee was using a sledge hammer to aid in removing cover on centifuge. When swinging hammer his hand slipped down the sledge hammer handle and he missed his target. His right hand struck the lid opener wrench causing a laceration of the right index finger.

Plant power outage caused pump to quit for the sand grinders. Employee opened lid to add water to the sand grinder when steam came out and burned left upper arm. (minor Burn)
