Was a rainy day, slipped on stairs going down to his work area. Wasn't holding safety rails as he said he grabbed the railing to stop himself from falling down the stairs and hit and sprained his knee. He is having an MRI to see if there is further damage on Wednesday 10/24/2012

Employee was using a sledge hammer to aid in removing cover on centifuge. When swinging hammer his hand slipped down the sledge hammer handle and he missed his target. His right hand struck the lid opener wrench causing a laceration of the right index finger.
