EMPLOYEE WAS CHANGING CUTTING EDGE ON LOADER. ONE OF THE BOLTS BEGAN TURNING, HE TRIED TO HOLE BOLT UP WITH HAND AND TURN IT WITH THE IMPACT WRINCH. BOLT TURNED AND CUT LEFT HAND
Employee was lowering pump into hole with a cable that was overlapped and the cable let loose jerking employee's arm.
EE needed oil for loader-He stepped up into oil shed, had a misstep and kicked side of step twisting left knee which resulted in severe pain.
Employee was starting up gravel shaker. He swung his right arm around, striking middle finger against metal object tearing off part of finger nail. Remainder of nail had to be removed and nail bed stitched.

Crane was running hot, employee took radiator cap off to check water level, it blew back causing burn to right arm.
