EE WAS CLIMBING UP ON FENDER TO INSPECT FOR LARGE ROCK. HE SLIPPED ON A LOWER BEAM & FELL SIDEWAYS ONTO HIS RIGHT SIDE CAUSING INJURY. HE FELL APPROX 21/2 FT ONTO A LARGE ROCK
