While working on guarding on telesmith screen plant employee was using oxy/acet torch to burn mounting holes in new guard. Employee put guard in place and began cutting holes. The guard slipped slightly and employee reached for it. As he was making sure guard was not going to move he ran the torch across his left wrist causing a burn.
