THIS OCCURRE D IN A 15\ SECTION OF A 100\ LONG DRIFT THE WIRE AND BOLTS HAD RUSTED OUT CAUSING A SMALL BACK FALL , RE-BOLTING

INJURED WALKED PAST SEVERAL SHUT-OFF-LINE BLEED VALVES PRIOR TO DISMANTLING A LIVE 2" AIR LINE. HE HAD BEEN TOLD ABOUT THE PRESSURE IN THE LINE. THE CAP AND CLAMP BLEW OFF OF THE LINE STRIKING HIM ON THE LEFT FOREARM AND DEPOSITING DIRT IN HIS EYES
