SLIPPED & FELL ON STEPS LEADING INTO A VAN. THERE ARE 6 STEPS UP TO THE VAN DECK WITH A HAND RAIL. THESE STEPS ARE MADE OF WOOD & THEY ARE 1' WIDE X 1' APART. WE WERE UNAWARE OF ACCIDENT UNT IL NEXT DAY.
