EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF REPAIRING BACKHOE AND CHECKING FOR CRACKS. A RACHET WAS BEING USED TO DRAW THE BUCKET IN PLACE. EMPLOYEE HIS BUCKEYT SIDE WITH AHMMER KNOCKING RUST LOOSE WHICH JARRED THE RACCHET LOOSE AND HOOK FROM RACHET STRUCK EMPLOYEE IN FOREHEAD.
