Lake Ozark Sand & Gravel Inc · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

EE WAS TRAMMING IN REVERSE AND WATCHING THE COMPRESSOR WHEN EE STEPPED ON A LOOSE STONE THROWING HIM OFF BALANCE. HE FELL BACKWARDS & FAILED TO RELEASE THE TRAMMING CONTROLS ON THE AIR TRACK, CAUSING THE DRILL TO BACK OVER THE TOE PORTION OF FOOT.
