Mid-shift truck did hour-long regen burn. Bad smell caused headache. Soon afterward another burn started up. This time threw up. Finished shift in another truck then went to ER.

The cutting edge was being removed from the loader bucket. The impact wrench twisted the bolt, which was being held by his hand. The sharp edge of the bolt cut his hand - requiring stitches and glue.
