The cutting edge was being removed from the loader bucket. The impact wrench twisted the bolt, which was being held by his hand. The sharp edge of the bolt cut his hand - requiring stitches and glue.

While removing the cutting edge off the loader bucket, the cutting edge fell to the floor and came in contact with a bolt which blew up and hit employee in the face cutting his lip. There was support under the bucket as well as the cutting edge.
