I NAME WAS INST5LLING A DECK AT THE CRUSHER PLATFORM. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING UPON COMPLETING HIS PROJECT HE TURNED THE CRUSHER ON FOR A TEST RUN. VIBRATION FROM THE CRUSHER CAUSED ONE OF THE COVERS TO 0ALL ABOUT 4 FT STRIKING HIS LEGS.
