August 5, 2025 UT · Metal/Non-Metal laborer, blacksmith, bull gang, parts runner, roustabout, pick-up man, pitman SLIP OR FALL OF PERSON
Burningham Enterprises, Inc. · Fall onto or against objects

Miners were changing a conveyor belt on a hopper feeder. Miner lost EE's footing and fell into the side of the hopper. A sharp piece of plastic from the hopper liner cut EE's forearm. Miner finished the shift with a bandage and received nine stitches that afternoon. Returned to work the following day.
