EMPL WAS DROPPING OUT RAILROAD CARS AT LOADOUT FACILITY. WHILE TIGHTENING BRAKE ON CARS EMPL PULLED MUSCLE IN LOWER BACK ON LEFT SIDE. EMPL DID NOT GO TO DR UNTIL MONDAY 7/17 THIS WAS ALSO FIR ST DAY HE MISSED WORK.
