EE approached 420 scaler to get the attention of the operator. Operator confirmed by hand signal that operator saw EE. EE came to the window to discuss moving scaler to the side to make room to survey. Operator & scaler prematurely moved the "outrigger" & it was sat on EE's rt foot. Operator immediately raised machine when operator became aware of the incident.
