THIS ACCIDENT OCCURRED IN THE STOCKPILE AREA ASSOCIATED WITH A LOADING FACILITY.IT INVOLVED A 9 YEAR OLD BOY WHO WAS RIDING HIS BICYCLE ON COMPANY PROPERTY IN AN AREA WHERE HE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN.NO COMPANY PERSONNEL WERE AT THE FACILITY AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT.APPARENTLY HE LOST CONTROL OF HIS BIKE AND RAN OVER AN 8' EMBANKMENT.
