Logan County Building Stone Company Inc · Struck by falling object

Operator was removing a chisel from the cutter machine. The chisel was tight coming out so EE hit it with a hammer while EE's hand was underneath it. When it dislodged, it fell on EE's pinky finger.

Stone stacker flipped a fieldstone over on the conveyor and thought their hand was clear. The stone caught the tip of the right index finger and smashed the tip.

Operator stacking stone on pallet, when operator picked up a stone it broke in half not giving the operator time to move out of the way. Steel toe boots were in use, but did not give the bridge of operator's foot protection.

Operator off loading stone off conveyor belt, lost grip on the stone and dropped it on foot above the steel toe boot. Operator expressed just sore then 2 days later went to Dr who diagnosed fracture on top of the foot.
