OPERATOR WAS STEPPING INTO THE DRILL, FOOT SLIPPED OFF STEP BUMPING LEG AND SHIN ON THE STEP CAUSING THIS INJURY, WHICH THEN, INFECTION SET UP.

A ROCK FELL FROM THE HIGHWALL HITTING THE TOP OF THE BROOM THAT INJURED WAS RUNNING, THE SUPPORT OF THE BROOM CAB CAVED IN STRIKING INJURED IN THE HEAD CAUSING A LACERATION IN THE TOP OF H EAD, WHICH REQUIRED 5 STITCHES.
