TWO HYDRAULIC C9ANES WERE BEING USED TO SET A LARGE BEAM IN PLACE. THE LOAD SHIFTED CAUSING ONE CRANE TO OVERTURN. THE OPERATOR WAS PINNED UNDER THE MACHINE, RESULTING IN THE AMPUTATION OF HS RIGHT HAND. 3
