Fuel truck began leaking fuel from the hose. The truck caught fire and burst into flames destroying the fuel truck. On August 19,2009 the insurance co. told the owner they would pay $36,000.00

EE got off of truck to start drill, took a couple of steps and stepped akwardly on a rock and twisted knee.

The injured person was removing a set of rollers from a conveyor when the rollers dropped and pinned his index finger against some angle iron. Cut and slight bruising to right index finger.
